Let's face it. Negative posts always get more attention, even when they are crap. (I agree with zdog.) Who wants to hear about a cop who was shot 9 times by a lunatic, but still waved off the officers who were coming to help him, telling them there were people in the temple who needed help? Sad.

The police didn't say, "hey dog you're old you gotta die".

Yes the police shot the dog, after the neighbor reported it's deplorable condition, with the blessings of the owner.

BE, What EXACTLY did the police do wrong?

I want you to explain what law or policy they broke.

Posters have said many times, it's the actions and those who committed them or covered them up, that upset them and that they want to talk about! NOT ALL OFFICERS! It's not hard to understand that!

You keep bring up ggturners thread and how it wasn't intended to go the way it did.  That's the chance you take when you make a thread. Coming on this thread to attack farmers has no connection to the topic. Posting a link to a story about a farmer killing a tiger in a different country was way off topic!  You all went after farmers because BE is a farmer. Want to honestly talk about farmers and killing animals, take it to the OT!

I will NOT post anything more about police killing innocent pets on their own property or police and SWAT RAID killing innocent residents in their own home.

As stated I think this articles crap and the story as well on face value. If I dont get someones post's I may say something and just move on, attacking you personally and not your argument = coward = weak 

We all have agendas, also known as person opinion, she is entitled to hers, as you. 

Killing my or your pet in our homes, is more of a mountain then molehill, to some, even most. To me.

The things we could garner from a 3rd hand account that used a facebook post as their source of reference and passd off as "facts" was that a dog was very old and dying, the owners figured the dog would be dead "soon".

a neighbor thought the dog was suffering enough and in bad enough shape to call and make a complaint and when the officer arrived, he recieved PERMISSION FROM THE OWNER to euthanize the old and dying dog.  The officer then dug a hole and helped them bury their dog.

When you strip away the emotion evoking words and the misleading headlines and look at what few facts are there, it hardly seems like something to get all worked up about.

It certainly doesn't paint the picture of a cop that just walks around in the middle of the night looking for dogs to shoot for being old, like they would like everyone to believe.

Why should anyone try to stop a poster from yapping on a free public forum unless it becomes abusive. Move on .com or attack the post. Personally I think I have hit the abuse button once twice ever in 5-6 years of reading. Im not a babysitter fan. Not that its not, a necessary evil in a public forum.

I keep forgetting to fill out the proper forms myself, when I go to protest some of the stretching of the relevancies  here, in an attempt to see if there are other like minded, reasoned thinkers floating about in the ether.

Before agenda is opinion. Your opinion on someones agenda is yet your agenda on opinion. Dont mock me to hard there but I think that makes sense, I may have to put more brain cells around it as I just made that up.
