As of 01AUG11 we are STILL waiting for our papers on OUR dog HENK. Still no response from vHS / NFDG to our emails / phone calls / text messages since 28MAY11. Unfortunately i am quite FED UP with Kim at von Hayden Shepherds / No Fear Dog Gear. I have tried to be nice and keep things from going negative but i can no longer just sit back and do nothing and say nothing...

I find it EXTREMELY IMMATURE and UNPROFESSIONAL of Kim Wiacek-Richards DBA No Fear Dog Gear / von Hayden Shepherds to refuse to sign over HENK to us, not to mention all of the LIES that are being told about us not paying for HENK. HENK has been paid off since 28MAY11. It is now 01AUG11 and as of this morning AKC still did not have a transfer request for HENK.

just to prove a point and explain WHY i am so frustrated with this entire situation, below is the info for the payments for HENK:

What Kim is doing to us is UNCALLED FOR not to mention extremely childish. We entered a contract with Kim Wiacek-Richards DBA von Hayden Shepherds / No Fear Dog Gear and expect Kim to live up to HER end of the contract which SHE wrote. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to call an 800 (toll-FREE) number and verify what we already verified twice. We sent our payments. WE EXPECT OUR PAPERS!!! Just because she apparently can't make a simple phone call to verify / load / redeem the payment we sent to her back in MAY 2011 doesn't mean we didn't pay for HENK! It is not MY responsibility (as the buyer) to deposit the money into HER account!

I would discourage anyone and everyone I know from doing ANY business with Kim and any of her companies. I have never in my life been treated so poorly by anyone in the dog world. She thinks nothing of smearing others' name(s) when she is the one who clearly doesn't have her act together.

Thank you to the people who have stood by us during this frustrating time in our lives (you know who you are.) It is good to know that there are still a few people out there with morals, ethics and the backbone to stand up for others and not jump on someone's pity-party-bandwagon.

Again, thank you to those of you who have sent us copies of what she has been saying about us. Hopefully we will not need to forward anything to an attorney. I'm certain we will never receive an apology from Kim (it wouldn't mean anything anyway at this point) but all we want is THE PAPERS ON HENK!

to anyone who has seen any of the inflammatory / slanderous remarks regarding me, my kennel name, and my dogs made by 'von hayden' / 'no fear dog gear' please screenshot and email me.

if ANYONE would like proof of sale and proof of payments / contract and receipts can and will be provided.

Henk is still owned by von Hayden German Shepherds (www.vonHaydenGermanShepherds.com) as of this date 5/10/2011. Henk was placed with Fumiko "Fumi" Cummings, on payment terms. However, this dog has yet to be paid for in full, as per our agreement. Furthermore, we will not sign off on litters sired by said dog. Whenever a dog from our kennel is bred against our wishes, we cannot be responsible for the quality of the litter. Buyers must be very careful to do their research.
