Unfortunately we were victimized by purchasing an american breed dog 5 years ago from a "Breeder in Ohio." She came from "Show Lines" At 6 months of age she has a condition noted above rat tail. We immediately spaded her. Her hips were terrible, some of the worst our vet has ever seen. We could not breed her to our German breed Red and Black Male whom was the highest quality breed from Germany. In good conscience and when trying to contact the "famed breeder" we never heard back. Shiraz is on anti-inflammatory medicine and although a loving animal, we expect due to her hips that within a year or so, her life will cut way short.
