I wish people would say here what they want to say but would  stop attacking each other on ad hominem fallacy basis.
I was curious about Tina because I know Tina really well.
My way with Tina as far as breeding of GSDs goes parted when she started SS. SS was her response to American bred crap and to Sport dogs crap of those days. In 80ties and early 90ties.  US bred dogs need no comment even now. German "working"  (read sport) dogs were being turned into prey monkeys as they are mostly today. The true old style GSD seems to be gone. Tina decided that she will create the new breed. However I remembered that these true old style GSDs still existed  behind Iron curtain. And I went that way. I and my friends have smuggled my first Czech dogs into USA in trunks of cars across the border from Czech into Germany and from there then to USA. 
I know that Tina is controversial person and she is very protective of her breed. There are some  other  organizations who are made of people who did not follow the strict rules of the breed which  Tina established. That said I personally can tell you that I was sleeping in the woods of Wyoming in less them 45*F minus for several months and Tina was the only person who helped me and invited me to her house with my 7 GSDs. So thats what I know about Tina.
 As far as SS goes I do not think that their workability is the same as that of old style GSD but it is a different breed with good purpose  and that is all. I do not understand the boiling blood SS always bring on this forum. If you do not like SS do not have one. That's all...
