Its funny , some of you old timers (posters) act like you have a thorn in your side ! Stop huffing around and stalking the new guys, looking for some one to push around. Just because your pissed off about the "2" unspeakables, don't start lashing out, picking fights with people wanting to have decent conversations.

Tell us OP who got you interested in SCH ? Where you raised in a home with Shepherds etc?

It's not about age. I know people that have been in the sport since before you were alive and they are as clueless as the day they started. It's not about age. Some people just don't get it and never will. Some people enter into dogs and are just natural at training and reading a dog. Some people spend 20+ yrs in it, go to every seminar, read every book and watch every video and are still lost. Everyone in a club knows what I'm talking about. The guy or gal that has been doing it and doing it wrong for 30 years. When I was younger and just starting, I simply shut my yap and listened. Whether I agreed with the elder trainer was irrelevent. I shut my yap. If asked, I'd give my opinion. I asked a lot of questions because people love for you to ask them questions. It makes them feel important. Like they are wise with knowledge to share. So take your lumps now. You will be old and clueless before you know it. Hell, you might even look down your nose at some young punk that is wet behind the ears and thinks he's the next superstar trainer.

and Keith was good about it.  I raked him unnecessarily, but he didn't get bent about it, which I think shows
he is a good guy. I have avoided the Gabi thread until yesterday. It is very sad for me  because I am
currently having to decide what to do with my old female. She has been through alot with me and
I can't put her down, but her old age is taking is toll.  When she  is in to much pain I will have to put her
to rest. But every day she gets up and we do our routine, me and her. Feeding and exercising the young dogs.
My post were intended to let people know that I am not some one else.

A side note, Bandit vom Wolfsheim,  I just saw Molly has this dog or had this dog.
I know Bandit's brother is a very good dog.  Bomber Vom Wolfsheim. Was a good
breeding off of Vito.

No Maggie , I didnt, sorry I did not dig deep into the pit of dispare and spend my every waking hour wondering what will happen next on the database. Often I don't come around but once a week, yesterday I seen something interesting and called a breeder and got involved, other than that .. nope didn't see what she was doing. lol ... even if she is acting like a bratt all over the board , I am not so sure its OK to start pulling out the whipping rod, instead of being conciderate- and show a good example.

Maggie- you and I are normaly on the same page, but there is so much hostility looming on the Database right now, It makes me want to stay away.. too much drama.

Somepeople need to realize not all is positive and rosy in the world. You want to bury the negative but when you get burned by  someone then you will be on here crying how you got burned. Please quit trying to make all life a bowl of cherries cause it is not that way in real life.

A shit hole = a poop shoot .. as like a porta potty where there is a hole and you shit in it. lol .. dig a whole and poop ..

I certianly did get burned by some one here ( um lets see maybe 2-3 people). They are not active now. Your right the only bowl of cherries is the one I got from the local farmer, I totaly get that, its better to NOT dwell on shit .. makes ya dirty.

Maybe you would not have gotten burned had you known but I guess all we can post here is look at my pics of my dog taking a nap.

No you get dirty and smell like shit when you do not know something and get burned cause no one wanted to cause ripples.

Yeah up the shithole is what you get when you put on your blinders and someone nails you in the ass.

               This is my first and only chat room experience, other than a chatroom for
Christains about in 1996.  After that I stayed away from chatrooms. I am a Christian
just not that kind of Christian.  It looses something when you don't have the  people in
person.

The GSD, .............. I started about 1962 or 1963.      I have stayed away from breeding
because of time constraints. But in the 1960's it was not at unusual to have a dog that
was very lean and hard muscled. None of the the dogs I saw looked like Roy Roger's dog Bullet.
Most  were a grayish sable straight backs and tough as nails. The last dog I saw that looked
like those dogs was Seigo vom Angerholz. Seigo was born in 1977.
