This Person knows nothing about training Dogs in general and the collar needs putting around her neck on FULL CHARGE to stop her talking and calling Rambo,
And this Rambo is a nice happy go lucky normal acting little Puppy which does not deserve the treatment it is getting, it is disgusting

I wouldn't count on a responce from Lief. I'm sure she's just waiting for the phone to ring, so she can take money from the next unsuspecting customer. I would hope she includes all of you on her Christmas card list next year for the giving her free publicity.
Leif you don't need to send me a card.

Furthermore, not only is this unnecessary...she is greatly desensitizing this pup to the e-collar. So later in his life if a "good" trainer needed to use 1...any normal range of "stimulation" he would completely ignore. Which in the hands of someone who doesn't care, will only invite more abuse because of the amount of "stimulation" that will be required for him to even show a response.
I am just shaking my head right now...what a mess!

Does this woman know what it is like to own and train a working GSD pup? That puppy is simply being a pup! chasing other dogs around is what puppies do...and she is allowing them to interact in a pack mentality by allowing them out together all the time, -she should understand this as a "trainer".
Rambo puppy is obviously a nice confident boy- why discourage that!?
Anyway....doing a recall without a 'vibrating' collar is so simple..why complicate it?
