Mountain Moon strives to continually work towards raising the perfect pride...we health test our dogs prior to breeding and if they don't make the grade then they are placed in pet homes after being spayed or neutered.  Health testing is a long and drawn out process and after two years if our dogs make the grade then they are considered ready to breed.  So as you can imagine, we put a lot of time , love,  and money into each dog we raise.
Our dogs are registered AKC, some are also UKC .  We also are registered with the OFA and all testing results of our dogs can be viewed on that site at the buyers convenience.
Our dogs are raised here in our home since we are a small hobby operation.  This is a hobby and not a business ...we have jobs outside the home and spend every spare moment with working with our dogs..
Each litter of puppies are born in our  bedrooms and then as they grow they move out to the other rooms of the house.  They will be socialized to other dogs both big and small.  Handled daily by adults and tons of grandkids.
Up to date on shots for age and wormed.
