Admin, who do i contact to report? - Page 1

There is a member who is changing or adding dogs pedigree information that is wrong, on trying to update information on a dog I own it say's "this pedigree is locked by the dogs owner" 
 the member making the additions ais NOT the owner.. Please help me find admin so I can have this pedigree missinfomration amended asap
